An oracle database forms part of the easy to manage data that is collected. The data collected can be sorted and filed to the special requirements of the customer. The system is also set up for intranet connections so information and images can be sent to other offices for evaluation or second opinions or just for "off-site" storage.

This is particularly necessary in the case of illegal cargos, as the information can be sent for safe storage immediately away form the site of inspection.
